MANIC PANIC Opens First New York City Salon at Ricky’s NYC

Tish & Snooky’s MANIC PANIC NYC celebrated the Grand Opening of its first New York City salon on June 25th, 2014. The free, open-to-the-public event was packed with neon-haired DyeHards (fans of the brand) enjoying entertainment by drag queen Paige Turner, free drinks and snacks, and the celebratory ribbon-cutting by founding sisters Tish and Snooky and Ricky’s NYC executives. MANIC PANIC licensed use of its name to beauty supply chain Ricky’s NYC and their in-store salons, Revolver Salon.

After a fun collaboration between both companies, the first MANIC PANIC Color Asylum Salon was born. This is currently the only Color Asylum location, but more may open in the future. MANIC PANIC also has 2 licensed salons and a retail store in California.

The MANIC PANIC Color Asylum Salon is a full-service salon, offering everything from blowouts to bleaching to multi-colored rainbow dye jobs, haircuts, and much more. MANIC PANIC offers over 40 alternative hair colors, so your creativity is unbridled! And yes, “normal” hair colors are on offer too. The price menu acts as a ballpark estimate for most services, but some pricing is by consultation only.
