Best of the MET: Naomi Watts' Polished Bun

Celebrity hairstylist and International Creative Director and Editorial & Celebrity Hairstylist for Macadamia Natural Oils, Giannandrea, created a sleek, polished bun for actress Naomi Watts at the recent 2014 MET Gala in New York. Watts looked stunning in a floor-length, ombre-inspired Givenchy Haute Couture gown and simple, sophisticated hairstyle. Giannandrea was inspired by French grace when crafting the timeless look.

Get the Look:
Prep: Giannandrea had Watts prep the night before with Macadamia's Deep Repair Masque to hydrate hair and increase shine. He also used Macadamia's Healing Oil Treatment to create the ultra-polished effect.

1. Blow-dry hair straight with medium boar bristle-brush.

2. Create a deep-side part.

3. Use Healing Oil Treatment throughout hair, pull back into tight pony at the mid-center nape and twist ponytail with Healing Oil Treatment to keep strands shiny.

4. Tie hair into a little bun using straight pins.

5. Spray with Macadamia Control Hairspray to set.
