Macadamia Natural Oil recently announced that the haircare company had appointed a new Chief Executive Officer, beauty industry veteran Vincent Davis. Davis joins Macadamia with over 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as the General Manager of TIGI Americas, responsible for their largest global revenue division.
Davis started his career in the professional beauty industry at Kenra Laboratories and moved on to work at Matrix (under Bristol Myers Squibb) for five years holding Regional and Divisional Sales Manager positions. Davis began at TIGI Linea in 1998 and continued to gain responsibility within the rapidly growing company that would ultimately be sold to Unilever. He commenced as National Sales Director and was promoted to VP of Operations, then Senior VP of Sales Worldwide and finally to his most recent position, General Manager of TIGI Americas.
