Beacon is an annual event held in conjunction with PBA Beauty week in Las Vegas to provide the nation's top future professionals with the guidance to achieve maximum career success. Beacon is an opportunity to network and learn from some of the most iconic salon owners and celebrities in the industry today.
To enter and compete, all you need is your resume, a letter of recommendation, 3 portfolio images and a creative marketing piece. Each year, PBA gets hundreds of entries and only 200 are invited to Las Vegas to meet the most successful salon owners, celebrity stylists and famous industry visionaries. Those selected participate in 3 days of fun activities, intimate learning sessions, parties, and are typically part of the NAHA awards ceremony.
