Maria Gabriella Perez, owner of Beverly Hills salon Chez Gabriela Studio, was arrested Wednesday on charges of stealing credit card information from a bevy of celebs, including Jennifer Anistion, Liv Tyler and Anne Hathaway, and running up roughly $280,000 in fraudulent charges in the course of a year. It is alleged that the celebs' credit card information, provided for salon services, was later manually entered by Perez for additional fraudulent charges.
According to a court affidavit, Perez is accused of taking $214,000 from Tyler alone over a five-month period last year.
If convicted, Perez faces 25 years in prison.
