“I love Lois Christie (president of ICA); she’s an awesome woman and a true visionary,” Vivienne Mackinder effuses as she unveils her new role as fashion director for ICA. “I want to help Lois bring ICA to a whole new level by raising hair artistry to new heights. We’re currently planning web TV shows for 2010. I also want to create a wow experience for members at the upcoming ICA Spring Symposium (May 2 to 3 at the Fontainebleau Resort, Miami Beach)—something that brings new styling techniques to the plate while delivering genuine take-home value in terms of salon-worthy styling services.”

What better way for Mackinder to launch her three-year reign than the American in Paris collection, which was shot throughout the City of Lights, using a mobile salon unit to prep and dress her models.
