Aussie Singer Lenka Performs at Premiere

To celebrate the one-year anniversary of the much-celebrated breakthrough color, INOA,   L’Oréal Professionnel in partnership with Billboard wanted to bring a different source of inspiration to the thousands of hairstylists attending Premiere through the music of Lenka. Australian-singer, Lenka, with songs dubbed by Nylon magazine as “wistful yet wicked” and “sweeter than peeps” according to Marie Claire of her latest release Two, made a guest performance at this year’s Premiere Orlando White Party on June 5, 2011. Lenka crooned her latest and best hits to the thousands of hairstylists in attendance. She even took a video of the audience clad in white clapping their hands, to possibly include in her newest music video for the song, Two. In addition, L’Oréal Professionnel salons, stylists and VIPs had the opportunity to meet Lenka prior to her performance and take a photo-op with the singer.

For her performance, Lenka was styled by L’Oréal Professionnel Portfolio Artist Drew Schaeferring. Her hair was prepped with Fiberceutic and styled with Smooth Velours and Infinium 3. For her performance at the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, a few days after, Lenka, was styled by Whitney Olsen of Warren Tricomi LA Salon with L’Oréal Professionnel Texture Expert products.
