Vivienne Mackinder and Nicholas French have won several awards and hold multiple NAHAs between them. They are two of hairdressing's most iconic names and on August 6th and 7th, the duo is hosting an immersive two-day workshop: Icons & Legends in Palm Springs, CA.
Hosted at the Nicholas French Skyfall Academy, a creative retreat in the desert, the workshop begins on Sunday, August 6th. This two-day event includes multimedia presentations on how to make commercial work more authentic, as well as in-depth techniques on facial framing and fashion.
"This workshop is ideal for the hairdresser who is looking to take their brand to the next level...through social media, platform work, increasing confidence and technique behind the chair all in an effort to communicate the art of hairdressing" but is limited to 20 hairdressers.
Icons & Legends is priced at $1500 and includes light breakfast and lunch as well as the cutting mannequin needed for the hands-on portion of the workshop.
