Create Nicole Richie's Dusty Lavender Hair Color

After faking out fans with a faux lavender look, Nicole Richie decided to commit to purple locks, and dyed her hair a gorgeous shade of dusty lavender. After posting her new look to Instagram, this trend-setter’s tresses have been a hit ever since.
