Says Dustin, "Her base is Schwarzkopf 3-0/5-6 Igora Royal.
"After shampooing, I foiled the hair, melting l-89 10 vol. upwards on damp hair, heavier on bottom and feathering to the top.
"I then let process for 25 minutes."
