Keratin Complex Quadruples Office Space to Support Growth

Keratin Complex recently announced its move to new headquarters at 6400 Congress Avenue in Boca Raton, Florida.

To accommodate the brand’s rapid growth and future expansion plans, Keratin Complex completed a year-long renovation to these new corporate offices. The custom-designed, 18,000 square-foot space includes the state-of-the-art Keratin Complex Academy and ample room for all crucial operations, including distribution, product development, sales, marketing, education, creative, logistics, regulatory, and customer service, along with room for future expansion.

“The commitment that Keratin Complex has toward salons and the professional beauty industry is further demonstrated by the investments made in these new facilities,” says President Mario Argenti.

After opening its first office in 2006 with six employees, Keratin Complex quickly outgrew the 800 square-foot, two-office space. The company moved into larger 5,000 square-foot offices, where it continued to grow and expand on its award-winning, keratin-based product lines and professional services. But when it became apparent that another move would soon be necessary, company leaders found the new site, renovated it, and signed a long-term lease to accommodate 65 employees, including 18 new hires.

The new and improved space is housed on two floors. The upper level has 40 executive offices, two conference rooms, a Research and Development room and a break room occupying 12,000 square feet. The ground level includes 4,000 square feet allotted for the Creative Department and future growth, plus the 2,000 square-foot Keratin Complex Academy.

Proving its commitment to remaining at the forefront of the professional beauty industry, Keratin Complex designed both the academy and the Research and Development room with this goal in mind. The flagship Keratin Complex Academy can accommodate up to 60 attendees. It consists of three rooms, including a working salon with sinks and stylist stations. Stylists can receive both theoretical and practical training in Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy and Color Therapy services, as well as business-building skills, through the company’s comprehensive Culture of Knowledge education program.

Upstairs, the Research & Development room provides a salon-like space where Keratin Complex’s licensed cosmetologists can work in-house on product advancement and new initiatives. In addition, this area serves as a cross-functional space for teams to interact and bring projects to fruition.

Says Argenti, “This exciting move will allow Keratin Complex to continue transforming the professional hair care industry with innovative treatments and products.”
