Macadamia Beauty recently announced a new addition to their sales team, Nathalie Daoust. As Business Development Manager for Eastern Canada, she is responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships and merchandising programs for Macadamia Beauty.
Nathalie brings over 20 years of experience in sales, business development and customer service in the retail and professional beauty industry. Prior to joining the Macadamia Beauty team, she worked in strategic business development and account management at several companies such as Valeant Cosméderme, L’Oréal Canada, Groupe Marcelle and Northern Ontario Business Publication. Notable is her three and half years as Account Manager for Valeant Cosméderme, where she successfully grew the business in Eastern and Northern Ontario in addition to part of Québec.
Nathalie’s greatest strengths are creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
Nathalie holds a bachelor’s degree from Laurentian University. She lives in Ottawa with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, Nathalie enjoys downhill skiing, camping, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
