Get the Look: Julianne Hough's Sexy Smoky Eye

Last night, ABC's Dancing With The Stars judge Julianne Hough stunned in a sexy, black gown. To complement her look, celebrity makeup artist Spencer Barnes created a sultry, smoky eye using the Italy-based cosmetic brand, KIKO MILANO. Get the Look:

EYES

  1. Cover the lid using KIKO MILANO Water Eyeshadow in Golden Mauve (202).

BROWS
