Being a hairstylist means being on your feet for long hours, repetitive motions, potentially positioning your body at awkward angles and more. If you don't take care of your body, it can lead to back, shoulder, neck and foot pain and even carpal tunnel.
Self-care is crucial, but it can be difficult to know the best ways to care for your body. That's why we wanted to know if you are interested in ergonomic tools and resources to address pain relief. We asked, and our followers answered!
