New York, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware are the most hair-focused states, with their citizens purchasing the most hair care products over the past year. Delaware, New Jersey, and New York are also the top three states when it comes to lip care purchases as well.

The next five states with the most lush locks are California, Georgia, New Hampshire, Washington and Virginia.
