The Professional Beauty Association (PBA), whose mission is to advocate and fight for the rights and professionalism of the beauty industry, is excited to announce that entry is open for the 36th North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA). As North America's premier beauty awards ceremony, NAHA 2025 will bring together a dynamic mix of hairstylists, beauty professionals and industry influencers for a memorable evening of celebration. Attendees will experience a night filled with glamor, inspiration and an opportunity to witness the incredible creativity and skill of top professionals from across the continent.
“Winning a North American Hairstyling Award is not just an accolade; it’s a testament to the creativity, dedication and unparalleled skill of our talented industry professionals,” shares Nina Daily, PBA Executive Director. “These awards celebrate the vision that drives our industry forward. We are thrilled to honor those who push the boundaries of beauty and innovation, setting new standards for excellence in our craft.” 
Entry is open now through October 22, 2024. New this year, PBA members are afforded extra time to submit their collections until November 6th. Nonmembers can easily take advantage of this benefit by visiting probeauty.org and clicking “Become a Member” for membership options.
For the second year in a row, NAHA 2025 will be held in conjunction with Premiere Orlando on June 1st at the Orange County Convention Center in the Chapin Theater. “NAHA is more than an awards show; it’s a celebration of the artistry and dedication that define the beauty industry," shares Leslie Perry, PBA Director of Membership & Education. "We are thrilled to continue to recognize the incredible talent that continues to push the boundaries of hairstyling and makeup and to inspire future generations."
Key dates for NAHA 2025 are as follows:
- Entry Deadline for PBA non-members: October 22, 2024
- Entry Deadline for PBA members: November 6, 2024
- Finalist Announcement at Premiere Anaheim: February 23, 2025
- NAHA 2025 Award Ceremony at Premiere Orlando: June 1, 2025

Entrants for all categories must be licensed cosmetologists or barbers, with the exceptions of Student Hairstylist of the Year, Makeup Artist of the Year Inspiring Salon of the Year and Educator of the Year.
