OSF Flavors announced the launch of its new caramel miso latte flavor, a cross-category innovation for coffee, beverages, dairy, confections and desserts. The new flavor is inspired by increased social media popularity for sweet and savory coffee combinations.
According to the company’s press release, the caramel miso flavor includes the roasted character of espresso, the creamy sweetness of milk, sweet and slightly nutty notes of caramel and miso for a delicate fermented depth and umami richness. The flavor is available in a natural powder format.
OSF Flavors’ caramel miso latte flavor joins its angel hair chocolate flavor of innovations looking to bring social media trends to broader food and beverage categories.
