Known for its tranquil environment and attentive staff, Asha SalonSpa (an Aveda Lifestyle SalonSpa) has taken over the Chicago beauty scene with its two downtown hotel spas and a collection of six full salon/spas—including its largest (and original) location in Schaumburg and its flagship location in Lombard. Residents are showing their love for this popular salon: Asha won second place in the 2012 “Best of the West Suburbs” poll in West Suburban Living magazine. Co-owners Marc Bortz and Kathleen Bucci Bergeron both gained extensive management experience running nightclubs earlier in their careers and have effectively transferred their skills to the salon/spa industry, providing a real customer experience in the light of day.
