Recently, representatives from all 43 countries that carry Jane Iredale: The Skin Care Makeup® products, attended Iredale Mineral Cosmetics’ Global Education Conference at Cranwell Resort, Spa and Gold Club in the Berkshires for a week of education and brand-focused activities. Led by the U.S. Iredale Mineral Cosmetics team, the conference was packed with inspiring presentations in an effort to inspire colleagues to further the Jane Iredale brand experience on a global scale.
Founder and CEO of Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd. Jane Iredale expressed the brand's hope to create a familial atmosphere, stating that, “Our visitors from overseas love this area, so we thought we’d add some extra magic by bringing our international educators and brand managers here. They worked hard to increase their knowledge about our brand, so we like to include some fun time. It’s important that they go back with happy memories and feel [like a] part of our family.”
Presentations throughout the week-long conference covered topics such as ":The Integrated Marketing Mix & Path to Purchase," "The Elements of a Successful Product Launch," "Building Customer Value Through Education," and "Webinars." The conference also included an interactive Round Table discussion regarding "Global Best Practices."
Guests also enjoyed a Taste of the Berkshires dinner at Café Adam, a Runway Show Event at The Red Lion Inn, Beauty Through the Ages and a true Hoedown at The Inn at Richmond, complete with square dancing and a BBQ buffet.
Throughout the week, guests were able to create strong bonds with colleagues through the discussion of ideas, as well as lasting impressions that stayed with them even after they had left. Attendees brought the excitement of the experience home to their respective countries where the representatives were anxious to share their knowledge and begin implementing new strategies that they had learned.
