Mark your calendar for August 12, when a roster of the beauty industry’s top talent will gather to raise funds for the victims of the devastating spring tornadoes.
The “Hair Aid Oklahoma Tornado Recovery Fund,” spearheaded by local professional beauty educator and former Vidal Sassoon Creative Director Sally Rogerson, will bring together artists from across the country in a one-night-only fundraising event at Bricktown Coca Cola Center in Oklahoma City.
Slated to appear are Rogerson and her SR Education team; Stephen Moody, global director of education for Wella, the Salon Division of P&G; Nick Berardi and Carrera Bailey of Nick Education; Toni and Guy, led by the iconic Zak Mascolo with his artistic team of Samantha Finley, Joseph Marzioli and Austin Finley; plus Number4’s Curt Darling, Chad Law and Artistic Team. The work presented will be edgy, inspirational and technically challenging.
Tickets for the event, which is sponsored by Davines, Wella, Toni and Guy and N4, are available at four levels. General admission tickets are $35, while VIP seats are $50. A $100 ticket buys an attendee preferred seating as well as backstage access and entrance to the Hair Aid after-party. A limited number of exclusive $300 tickets allow the attendee to spend the day shadowing the teams as they prepare for the presentation, in addition to full backstage access, prime seating and the exciting after-party.
Five prize baskets of products, tools and education will be raffled off at the event and two baskets online for those unable to attend in person.
