Dee DeLuca-Mattos, Vice President of Cures by Avancé – the sought-after curative and corrective skincare collection – has joined the influential and resourceful network of beauty industry experts at The Beauty Agents.
Dee DeLuca-Mattos joined DePasquale Companies in 1985 with a host of experience in marketing, retailing and client relations. Since then she has harnessed her love for the beauty industry, expertise in product development, killer instinct for the business of spa and passion for education to pioneer numerous initiatives at DePasquale. Her accomplishments include creating an outstanding series of educational programs that established the company as a forerunner and leader in the field of education as well as transforming DePasquale, the Spa into a 22,000 square-foot, state of the art beauty and wellness facility that now serves about 2,500 clients per week.
From there, Dee was appointed the Director of Marketing for yet another division of DePasquale Companies, CURES By Avancé, which is an extensive and sophisticated line of curative and corrective skin care treatments and products. As a result of the company’s success under her guidance, Dee is now a founding member and past President of the Medical Spa Society.
