In honor of the 2011 American Music Awards, Give Back Hollywood presented the Xbox Miracle of Music Benefit, an evening of beauty, music and video games to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals on November 19, 2011.
Hosted by Kevin Jonas, the event featured a performance of Barbra Streisand's "People" by Eileen Garrido, an 11 year old heart transplant recipient who was awarded the 2011 Miracle Award. Eileen runs her own non-profit, The Beating Hearts Foundation, which helps other young heart transplant recipients. American Music Awards Favorite New Artist winner Hot Chelle Rae also performed.
The Matrix-sponsored Beauty Lounge presented celebrity stylists Nick Stenson and Ammon Carver to beautify attendees. Launchpad stopped by the Matrix Beauty Lounge to catch up with Nick and Ammon and Hot Chellae Rae:
