“We were going for a romantic, almost Victorian look that was both sexy and feminine,” star stylist Adir Abergel relates of Jessica Biel’s tousled half-up, half-down style. Rough-drying her strands with a blow dryer, and then using his hands to remove Biel’s natural texture, Abergel completed the mussed look with random curls and two small braids.
