Glamorama dips into the past, celebrating styles reminiscent of the ’50s, complete with back-combed bouffants and architectural styles. “When working on a collection, I look to runway and Hollywood for inspiration,” Mackinder relates. “Ultimately, however, the collection has to make sense in relation to the lifestyle and trends of today.” —Amy Dodds
