Christine Schuster Accepts Role as Sr. Vice President Education for L’Oreal Professional Products Division U.S.

Redken and Pureology announced Christine Schuster has accepted a newly created role as the Sr. Vice President, Education, L’Oreal Professional Products Division U.S. In her new role, Christine will be responsible for the long-term strategic development of the company's education strategy for all PPD brands and SalonCentric. She will also work with each brand and SalonCentric on the day to day management of the education department.  Christine will report directly to Pat Parenty, President Professional Products Division.
 
Christine started her career in cosmetology when at the age of 18 she graduated cosmetology school and moved to Europe to work as a hairdresser.  She joined Redken in 1991 working the Chicago market as a Redken District Sales Educator. Christine’s unique abilities and passion for the hairdressing community quickly propelled her through several positions including in 1993, Manager, International Education, 1995 Director, Redken Exchange, 1998 Sr. Director, Exchange, Shows, Events and in 1999, she became the AVP, Redken Education Worldwide. Christine’s vision and strong strategic planning skills led to her being appointed to Sr. V.P., Redken and Pureology Education Worldwide; a position she held up until this change.
