The Look: Two-tone liner at Iceberg
The Liner Notes: “When doubling up on color, you first want to create a thick line along the top lash line with a bright color of your choice,” says Lusine. “Then line the entire eye with a thin black liner, being careful to only apply the liner at the root of the lashes. Finally, line the very top of the thick colored line you created earlier. Use a black liquid liner, and start with a very thin line at the corner of the eye that gradually thickens as you reach the outer corner of the eye and flips up at the end. The trick to this design: Make sure you’re able to see the two black lines and the color liner while the eye is open.”
