Chatbot
You may notice a new feature on the dol.wa.gov website called “Chatbot”. This automated system is similar to a virtual assistant that can help licensees answer general questions and navigate around the website. Work is currently being done to add more questions related to the cosmetology program to help answer more specific questions for our licensees.
