ColorProof Sponsors SeriousFun Children’s Network Gala Benefitting Seriously Ill Children

ColorProof Evolved Color Care, founded by Jim Markham, recently attended the SeriousFun Children’s Network Gala also known as “The Celebration of Paul Newman’s Dream,” on April 2nd at Avery Fisher Hall in NYC as one of the corporate sponsors. Formerly known as the Association of Hole in the Wall Camps, the SeriousFun Children’s Network honored its founder Paul Newman whose dream was that children with life-threatening conditions deserve the chance to bask in the joy of being a child.

At the SeriousFun Children’s Network Gala, which raised funds to provide enriching camp experiences for over 30,000 seriously ill children each year, performances and appearances were made by celebrities such as Paul Simon, Elvis Costello, Josh Groban,Trisha Yearwood, Jimmy Fallon, Tina Fey and Jake Gyllenhaal. Jim and Cheryl Markham, who attended on behalf of ColorProof, had the incredible opportunity to meet with Joanne Woodward and her family, and to reminisce about their late dear friend, Paul Newman.

“We are honored to be a part of such an amazing organization,” said Jim Markham. “The opportunity to continue Paul Newman’s dream and provide enriching experiences for thousands of suffering children each year is absolutely priceless. We are delighted to continue our commitment to our friend and this very important charity’s life-changing work.”

Since its inception in 1988, SeriousFun has served more than 384,700 children and their families with an evolving global network of camps and programs.
