Neal dedicates her career to the increase of inclusion and diversity in the beauty industry, and birthed the “Texture vs. Race” movement and initiative.
In her session, Neal will teach attendees how to create multidimensional compositions to achieve full-bodied explosions of luminous curls, and explore techniques and placement that will make all the difference in achieving contrast and balance while preserving curl integrity.
