On Thursday, December 11th, actress Ashley Green was spotted getting an essie gel mani at The Painted Nail in Hollywood. Ashley's nail colors of choice included essie gel in slip dress and essie gel in the award goes to on the tips.
The Painted Nail, owned by Katie Cazorla, is located at W Hotel in Hollywood next to the famous Walk of Fame. The salon is known for holding the largest essie wall to date, showcasing over 250 polishes and treatments.
