LASH Artist of the Year, Bianca Martinez
The winners of NovaLash's LASHoff Competition have been announced, with Bianca Martinez from Yuma, Arizona named as the latest Eyemazing LASH Artist of the Year, and Francesca Mastalka of Englewood, CO selected as the LASHoff’s Fans’ Choice Finalist.
NovaLash’s LASHoff competition has been finding and awarding talented Lashionistas since 2011. A judging panel consisting of NovaLash CEO Sophy Merszei, as well as elite and highly experienced Advanced Master Stylists and educational professionals, determine the LASH Artist of the Year based on very competitive video submissions. This highly-desirable award is given to a Certified NovaLash Eyelash Expert who is not just an extraordinaire in eyelash application, but has the ability to educate clients, choose appropriate products, be technically adept, and speak professionally and knowledgeably about their NovaLash business.

The Fan Favorite winner is chosen based on their outstanding before-and-after eyelash application photos. NovaLash narrows down the submissions before one is crowned by the public through online voting through NovaLash’s Facebook page.
Fans’ Choice Finalist, Francesca Mastalka
LASH Artist of the Year, Bianca Martinez, will receive up to $10,000 in cash and prizes and will be named NovaLash Brand Ambassador for the year. Top marketing, advertising and PR companies will be brought in to help promote her business and there is an opportunity for Bianca to get her luscious lash work published in a global magazine. A photo shoot with world class photographers, stylists and hair professionals is also included in the prize package.
The LASHoff Awards Celebration will be held in February in Houston, TX. “I owe my success and independence to NovaLash. Having great products and a company that stands behind each Lash artist is a must,” said Bianca Martinez.
