Issamira Arjona, owner of Meler Studios (Formerly Touch of Red Salon) in Houston,Texas, is sought after for her MÊLER technique services. The technique has earned her a loyal client base and Arjona explains that many have unsuccessfully tried to duplicate it. Sami's skilled color approach allows her clients to maintain vibrant color for up to 8 months. The technique calls for the mixing of many colors into a unique marbled pattern. Often 7 to 10 colors are incorporated into the formula. The colors are then smudged and blended at the roots to create a grow-out that looks intentionally artistic.
