For the recent opening of the Just Cavalli store in New York City, celebrity stylist Ted Gibson gave Heather Graham loose, "rock-and-roll" waves to give off a hot vibe, despite the chilly weather. Here, Ted gives his how-to for recreating the gorgeous look.
"Last night was a blistering cold night in New York, but I made Heather Graham’s hair look super-hot and rock and roll.
"I started Heather’s hair by towel drying it and put 3 different products in to create this texture.
"I used a boar-bristle round brush to blow her hair–hot. Then focusing on creating texture, I used a small-barrel iron working from the bottom of the head up. I wrapped vertical sections, wrapping the hair around the iron then using a flatiron to straighten the ends. I then sprayed with a soft hairspray then used a wax on the ends to make it look like its 2-3 day-old hair."
