Kérastase At Bridal Fashion Week Fall 2014

tase, the leader in luxury haircare, created an array of stunning looks during Bridal Fashion Week Fall 2014 at the Romona Keveza and Austin Scarlett shows with the brand's high quality Couture Styling Collection. For the presentations, Kérastase featured elegant updos, as well as soft, romantic styles that emphasized volume. Here, we have the complete guide to give you everything you need to recreate both looks.

Step 1: On damp hair, prep with Kérastase Forme Fatale, Kérastase Spray a Porter and blow dry

Step 2: Take a triangular section from the temples, pulling it to the top of the crown and pin up

Step 3: Using a 1 1/2" barrel iron, curl the hair in a downwards motion toward the back of the head. Take the triangular section down and using a 1" barrel iron, curl in horizontal sections towards the back of the head

Step 4: Lightly brush the triangular section back and pin below the crown

Step 5: Using Kérastase Short Mania as a guide, smooth hair on the right side and bobby pin tightly on a diagonal line from the left lower nape to the high right side of the crown (Note, continue to use Short Mania as a guide to smooth the left side to pinned area)

Step 6: Holding all the remaining hair, start twisting until you've achieved a cone shape with the widest end at the top

Step 7: Use hair pins to secure the shape to the original pin line

Step 8: Smooth any fly-aways using remaining product on hands and spray liberally with Kérastase Laque Dentelle to keep the look in place

Step 1: On damp hair apply Kérastase Mousse Bouffante directly at the root thru to mid lengths. Apply Kérastase Forme Fatale mid lengths to ends to create solid body

Step 2: Blow dry hair away from the face and with elevation to create lift at the root and body throughout the lengths

Step 3: Section hair from high point of eyebrows to the crown creating a halo section and clip out of the way. Take remaining section of hair and comb back into a tight pony tail under the first section. Secure with an elastic

Step 4: Apply a quarter size amount of Kérastase Forme Fatale into hands and emulsify, then apply directly to sides of head for sleek hold

Step 5: Apply Kérastase Fiber Architecte to ponytail and flat iron straight. Drop the top section and back comb entire section to create a cushion. Brush the top layer of hair to smooth and create “Mohawk – esque” shape and pin the hair into place

Step 6: Spray Kérastase Laque Dentelle all over to set. Finish with a final spray of Kérastase Gloss Appeal for ultimate shine on the runway
