Ghoulishly Good Hair From Michael's Salon and Day Spa

This year, to celebrate the spookiest holiday of the year, the design team at Michael's Salon and Day Spa of Dayton, Ohio found inspiration in the unnatural while preparing for a Halloween-themed photo shoot. Salon owner, Michael Schuh and his design team, Ashley O'Dell and Jodi "Reese" Melvin turned the Spring Grove Cemetery and Arboretum, a National Historic Landmark, into a ghostly backdrop for their devilish looks.

For the photo shoot, designer Ashley O'Dell dressed in haute couture inspired garb with a tightly-fit lace bodice, bound with ribbon and topped off with ruffles and chiffon. O'Dell completed the look by pulling her blonde locks to one side with Aquage Uplifting Foam and added Osis Dust It for texture and volume. She completed her 18th century bouffant with Aquage Finishing Spray for even greater dramatic appeal.

Meanwhile, designer Jodi "Reese" Melvin decided to channel her dark side with horns of hair made possible with Aquage Freezing Spray. Her outfit screams Old Hollywood meets Gothic, complete with an elegant red gown and black corset.
