Van Tibolli, international developer of award winning professional hair care products like GKhair and Tibolli, announces the recent addition of Nancy Carroll to their team of executive officers. Ms. Carroll is the new Chief Operating Officer for the corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She has worked in the beauty industry for more than 20 years and brings several years of education and creative vision from her former companies to VTB.
Nancy comes to Van Tibolli Beauty from Keune Haircosmetics USA, Inc. where she progressively escalated from Regional Educational Manager to President in just over ten years. Ms. Carroll was a key principle in leveraging Keune as an international beauty company, into the US market. Under her leadership, the company grew from acquiring 6 distributors to 22, and expanded nationally from 30% to 98% geographically. Nancy also spearheaded the development, construction and launch of an additional Keune’s headquarters and training facility in Atlanta.
Ms. Carroll has formally held the position of Redken Regional performing artist and Master Designer. She also holds a Redken Master Colorist Certification and is an Inducted Member of the National Association of Professional Women.
