Back in 1985, Princess Diana's hairdresser, Richard Dalton, suggested she wear her long thread of pearls knotted and down her back to accentuate the backless gown she was wearing to a movie premiere. Nearly 30 years later, two of Hollywood's hottest young actresses reimagined that look: Anne Hathaway and Jennifer Lawrence both wore necklaces that were chokers in the front and elegant in the rear.
