The JAM team was born from the need of spontaneous, free expression and creativity without commercial limitations. For the past 25 years, I have quietly worked behind the scenes of the beauty industry all over the world and have personally been witness to the slow death of the fundamental foundation that is so important to our industry and our art… LOVE. The love that guides and motivates our cultural and artistic content, passion, our creativity and, most important of all, our inner need to help others look and feel better about themselves, so that they will love themselves a little more, and so, love others a little better.
