The Inspiration:
The inspiration for the three makeup looks is a mixture of retro styles. I wanted a ’60s vibe with a focus on the eyes, but to modernize it with a strong cheek and higher placement that had a bit of an ’80s feel. The higher placement on the cheek was to also accentuate the cuts. I also was inspired by the comeback of ’80s color.
The Challenge:
My difficulty was doing a strong, vibrant cheek that still looked soft and feminine.
