Bridal Fashion Week: Backstage with Essie

C herrera Bridal2015 22

At the recent Spring/Summer 2016 Bridal Fashion Week, three top designers, Carolina Herrera, Jenny Packham, and Naeem Khan, chose soft, pretty shades from essie's new bridal collection to complement their looks. Get the steps you need to recreate each bridal look below!

Feminine Beauty at Carolina Herrera
Gliding down the runway, gowns with waved tulle and hand-stiched embroidery perfectly evoked Madame Herrera’s inspiration: the delicate beauty of the white jasmine flower.

To polish off the the look, bride to be, a soft caramel blush, complemented the collection’s graceful repertoire.

Shimmering Enchantment at Jenny Packham
Transporting us to the magic of Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, Jenny Packham’s bridal collection turned to beading and romantic details in a rose gold palette.

To enhance the jewels and embroidery on the gowns, Jenny chose the sheer pink of tying the knotie as the delicate base for a luxurious ombre detail in set in stones and summit of style.

Textured Glamor at Naeem Khan
Naeem Khan brought international glam to the runway, inspired by "destinations" both abstract (the opera) and real (St. Tropez). With one-of-a-kind crowns and earrings designed by David Mandel, the hand-painted fabrics and sequined designs were nothing short of high-impact.

To balance the looks, Naeem chose worth the wait, a coral-kissed pink that was fresh and classic.
