Men's haircare and grooming brand American Crew has announced the winner of its annual American Crew U.S. All-Star Challenge. Sara Leahy from San Francisco, CA earned the title of 2015-2016 U.S. All-Star Challenge Winner, announced on Wednesday, April 6th. Sara, a stylist at B Parlor, has been in the industry for the past nine years and teaches at salons all over Northern California.
The All-Star Challenge is one of the most widely recognized professional grooming competitions that celebrates stylists from around the world and challenges them to create styles that are modern, expressive and embody the vision of the American Crew man. Entrants cut and styled a male model with American Crew products and submitted photos to a judging panel of industry experts who selected Sara as the winner based on technique, styling and her inspiration for a modern, masculine look. Sara’s look was inspired by the classic American Crew man and the need for his hairstyle to fit all of his personalities – from professional to casual.
