No matter what hair color technique or color you specialize in, every good colorist needs to have a toolbox of tried and true supplies and tools to help them achieve great work. This includes an applicator brush, hair color comb, mixing whisk, mixing bowl, balayage board and foils. We are going to talk about the latter, as Laura Frazier recently mentioned in reel on @beautylaunchpad that the textured side of foil not only keeps the foil in place but allows for oxygen to go in an out of the foil during a service to minimize bleeders and chemical burns.
