Le Mieux's New, Luminous Brightening Serum

Recently, professional skincare brand Le Mieux debuted its new Brightening Serum, a product that helps increase the skin's luminosity while enhancing the skin's clarity using tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (vitamin C) and alpha-arbutin, a natural brightening agent.

The Brightening Serum's concentrated ingredients include: alpha-arbutin which targets dark spots, age spots, and visible signs of hyperpigmentation to promote the skin's natural repair process; tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, a lipid-soluble form of vitamin C that penetrates deep into the dermis to offset oxidative damage and brighten pigmented areas with minimal irritation; azelaic acid, a mild acid that reduces inflammation and simultaneously clarifies pores to unveil a youthful complexion; teprenone, a plant derivative that helps to facilitate cellular repair to restore the functionality of young skin; palmitoyl oligopeptide, which reduces wrinkle depth, stimulates collagen and elastin, while delivering moisture to target cells; palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, which dramatically reduces the signs of aging, while enriching skin with anti-inflammatory properties; and tocotrienol, the most potent form of vitamin E, containing powerful antioxidants that help reverse damage caused by stress and UVA/UVB rays.
 
Luu recommends applying Brightening Serum to the face after cleansing and toning only in the evening, and to always apply sun protection when using the product. Brightening Serum is currently available in a 1-ounce retail size.
