ECRU New York, a company dedicated to the professional hairdresser and the salon business, has announced a new benefit to their Platinum Salon Network — the Salon Development Program.

The program will help support salons with a complete range of benefits to grow their business and implement robust educational menu to inspire their artists.

The Salon Development Program created and executed by Amanda Jenkins, Global Director of Education for the ECRU New York Academy, focuses on the fundamental techniques critical for all hairdressers while inspiring and elevating their artistry.

The learn-at-your-own-pace virtual program is designed for every salon seeking to attract and grow a culture of inspired and motivated hairdressers. During the program's four modules, the salon’s selected lead educator will learn how to teach the fundamental shapes, technically and communicatively, as well as how to create and implement an in-salon training program of their own.

The program fee is $2,400.00 for up to two people, or it is (FREE) an exclusive member benefit to ECRU New York Platinum Members.
