Sebastian Professional partnered with New York based celebrity stylists Monae Everett, Takisha Sturdivant-Drew and Stephen Hudson to create trending looks for textured hair.

Each stylist shared looks that will trend for New Year's Eve and beyond, and created step-by-steps on how to achieve each of them:

  • Monae Everett created a look that she says features “nourished and voluminous curls that will wow,” and is great “dressed up with accessories or dressed down.” She achieved this look by layering Sebastian Professional No.Breaker, Twisted Curl Styling Foam and Twisted Curl Lifter Styling Cream on damp hair to protect and set in place. For the finishing touch, she used Sebastian Professional Dark Oil for shine and Re-Shaper hairspray to hold and fight any humidity along with gems to add a little flair.
  • Takisha Sturdivant-Drew created a “bold, edgy, flirty look” that is “the perfect way to show up to any party looking trendy.” Sturdivant-Drew used Sebastian Professional Potion 9 and Shaper hairspray, which she says, “saved the day by providing my model with a perfectly protected, nourished and manageable canvas that enabled me to style the look, and by holding everything in place at the end.”

  • Stephen Hudson predicts high-glamour looks will trend next year, which led to his  ’20s-inspired style that is sure to stun at your next fête. “Glamour to me is always in style,” he says. “The right products are the crux of perfecting this holiday hairstyle. Sebastian Professional Dark Oil is lightweight enough to add body and nourishing enough to smooth without the residue. To top off the look, use Sebastian Professional Shaper Zero Gravity to get that brushable control.”
