Paris Fashion Week: Natural, Easy Waves at Loewe

To embrace the individuality of the girls at Loewe’s Spring/Summer 2016 show, Redken Global Creative Director Guido used Redken’s satinwear 02 prepping blow-dry lotion to enhance each girl’s hair texture before creating a custom, natural style. "The hair at Loewe is very individual – it’s all about the girls’ personalities," said Guido. "Some have their hair back, some have it down and natural. I prepped the hair with Redken’s satinwear 02 and water and then rough blow dried the hair to keep the natural texture, which gives that luxurious, rich finish.”

Get the Look:

1. Work a nickel-size amount of Redken satinwear 02 prepping blow-dry lotion into damp hair from roots to ends.
2. Rough blow dry hair using fingers.
3. Gather hair back into a low ponytail, securing at the base of the head with an elastic.
4. If desired, finish with a light mist of Diamond Oil High Shine Airy Mist for extra shine.
