Wafie Zainal and John Phuatanyawong Welcomed to Andis Education Team

Andis New International Barbers Education Team

Andis is excited to expand its global presence with newly appointed Andis global educators Wafie Zainal and John Phuatanyawong. Both educators own and operate barbershops in Malaysia and Thailand, respectively, and have been internationally recognized in competitions across Asia. 

Zainal (@wafiezainal.royalebarber) has 15 years of barbering experience under his belt and is the founder of the Royale Barbershop in Malaysia. Phuatanyawong (@john_thewhitebox) is the owner of The White Box Salon and Barber shop in Thailand and has nine years of experience in the hair industry. In 2019, he won Best Barber specialist in Hair and Beauty Magazine in Thailand. With the barber business booming in Thailand, John is a key player in the Thailand barber industry and has been working with many foreign hairdressers and sharing his knowledge with educational workshops throughout the country.
