Beauty Launchpad (BLP): What is a fun fact about you?
Jessica Gillette (JG): I can’t go a day without coffee.
BLP: What is your proudest accomplishment?
JG: Being a 2022 American Influencer Awards Emerging Hair Influencer of the Year nominee.
BLP: What is your current favorite hair trend?
JG: I have been loving the midi/high updos for this year’s wedding season.
BLP: What is a hair tip you have for your fellow stylists?
JG: Stay consistent, and learn from as many stylists as you can. You will learn something new and exciting from everyone.
BLP: What do you love about your work?
JG: Being part of someone’s special day and making them feel confident and beautiful is a truly gratifying experience.
BLP: What motivates you about the industry you are in?
JG: I am motivated by the idea of making a positive impact in the bridal hair industry by helping other stylists learn and develop in their careers. I find it rewarding to see others succeed and feel fulfilled knowing that I played a role in their success.
BLP: What is a career goal you have for yourself?
JG: To become a brand educator and ambassador for a major hair brand.
