Halloween Nail Art: Two Festive Manicures from CND

Halloween is only a week away, and while it might technically still be too early to bust out the costume, you can help your client get subtly festive with these two Halloween nail art looks from CND. Whether she wants a classic fall mani, or something spookier, CND Education Ambassador, Ashley Craig, has got you covered. Check out her tutorials below!

Pumpkin Spice French Mani

1. Apply one coat of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer Base Coat.
2. Apply two coats of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in Lost In Spice, and let set until completely dry.
3. Using CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in Black & Forth, or CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in Nocturne It Up (for a little sparkle!), pull the polish from left to right and again from right to left on the tip of the nail. Helpful tip: anchor the hand when pulling the color from left to right to get a straight line and even coverage.
4. Apply one coat of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer Top Coat.

Spooky Smoke Nail

1. Apply one coat of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer Base Coat.
2. Apply two coats of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in I Blanked Out, and let set until completely dry.
3. Using either the polish brush or a small dotting tool, diagonally place a bead of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer Top Coat and a small bead of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in Black & Forth to the center of the nail.
4. Drag CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer in Black & Forth in a figure-eight motion from corner to corner, allowing the color mix.
5. Apply one coat of CND CREATIVE PLAY Nail Lacquer Top Coat.
