Meredith Connors, ColorDesign Director of Education, recently transformed her client from grown-out blonde to this gorgeous, pumpkin spice hue. Recreate this perfect-for-fall hair color with Meredith’s how-to, below!
Get the Look:
- Applied ColorDesign's Blue Powder Lightener in alternating sections using balayaging techniques as well as foiling techniques. The goal was to break apart and soften any existing ombré.
- Applied ColorDesign Level 4 Copper mixed with Level 5 Chocolate Brown at base, melting into Level 6 Copper (no more than 4 inches of hair). A third formula of Level 6 Copper mixed with Level 7 Triple Copper was then applied in alternating sections on the last 6-8 inches of hair, leaving some strands uncolored.
- A custom formulation of ColorDesign’s Fun and Glam Fresh Orange, Wild Bordeaux, Extreme Red and Explosive Yellow was applied all over. *In between each color service a Reconstruction Oil treatment was applied.
- After final application(step 3), an oil and mask treatment was applied.
